Palatinus Bathroom Salons has been on the market for 30 years, with more than 10 stores nationwide. At the beginning of our collaboration, their assortment was already well outgrowing bathrooms, and their goal was to follow their supply-side explosion with a surge in awareness and reach. To get started, our team strengthened their social media presence and then suggested launching a webshop to meet even more customer demand. With the creation of the webshop, the company modernised their sales channels and opened up to a wider audience, and we added PPC support through a well-planned strategy that turned the online store into a significant sales force in terms of volume in just a few months. Since then, brand awareness has continued to grow, with our latest project supporting this being the launch of Palatinus Bathroom Salons on TikTok.
