In the summer of 2024, Tigre Basilica opened in the heart of the city centre, a restaurant with a unique concept that brings the flavours of Nikkei cuisine to Budapest. This exciting fusion of Peruvian and Japanese gastronomy is not only attracting attention in gourmet circles. Our task at the start was to build the restaurant's reputation as quickly as possible. With many years of experience in restaurant marketing, we knew immediately that the key to success was a distinctive, eye-catching brand identity, an exclusive opening party that attracted celebrities, and a powerful digital PR campaign. In the early months, we also prioritised a strong social media presence and continued engagement with influencers. Alongside all this, collecting positive guest experiences and online reviews is essential for long-term success, which we also consciously promoted - and have been doing ever since.
